Spanish + Volunteer Abroad Program in Latin America

Did you always want to help people living in a less privileged environment than you? Why not doing some volunteering in a Latin American country where you can also learn Spanish?

We will find an unremunerated job for you in different social organisations. Only one condition is required: that your Spanish is good enough to do this type of social volunteering. This is because we have to make sure that you can get used to your new work circumstances. To do this it is vital that you do at least a four week Spanish course with don Quijote. We will also be assisting you throughout you voluntary work placement to make sure you are well guided and supported while you can let us know how everything is going for you.

Your accommodation when doing your Spanish programme will be with a host family. Then when you begin your voluntary work you have the option to continue living with them or moving to other types of accommodation, which might not be run by us.

Don Quijote shows their commitment to this type of programme by donating right away to the charitable institution where you will be doing your volunteer work.
