The course
Learn Spanish while enjoying Spanish cuisine! In this course you will complement your Intensive Spanish course with a specialised 2 week course (3 classes per week) in Spanish cuisine.
The cooking course must be combined with an Intensive Spanish course (20+5 hours/week) at don Quijote Salamanca. Cooking classes take place twice a week for 2 weeks on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6.30pm to 8.00pm. You will learn to prepare Spanish “tortilla”, “sangria” and “tapas” and of course sample your new recipes.
The cooking course includes ingredients, tasting and discussion. The cuisine teacher is a professional teacher of culinary arts.
