Spanish and Mexican Cooking Lessons
don Quijote offers Spanish cooking classes at schools in Barcelona and Salamanca. Students take 10 lessons per week, where they learn how to make many of the most delicious and iconic dishes from Spain such as paella, popular tapas and the Spanish omelet. Students are recommended to combine their cooking lessons with any Spanish language courses available at don Quijote Barcelona or Salamanca.
Our Mexican cooking course offered in Oaxaca and Playa del Carmen (Mexico) includes an intensive Spanish course. Students get the unique opportunity to focus on Spanish language studies in the morning, and later learn how to create wonderful Mexican food in the afternoon.
Our cooking courses in Mexico and Spain will provide the ingredients needed for your lessons as well as a teacher who is an expert in the culinary arts and who will guide you each step of the way through the recipes. You then get to to taste and discuss your creations. When you return home, you'll be able to recreate the taste of Mexico or Spain in your own kitchen!
